FFui is a device readiness and diagnostic companion. It is designed to show clear device, browser, permission, network, and app-state information without pretending to access data that the device or browser does not provide.
Information FFui May Read
Depending on platform support and user permission, FFui may read status signals such as battery availability, browser online state, connection quality, storage quota estimates, notification permission state, camera permission state, microphone permission state, and location permission state. These signals are used to display readiness checks and troubleshooting guidance.
Camera and Microphone
FFui may request camera or microphone permission to determine whether those permissions are available for call readiness checks. FFui does not record, save, upload, or analyze camera video or microphone audio.
Location
FFui may request location permission for geo-aware readiness and network diagnostics. If location is unavailable or denied, FFui labels the limitation. FFui does not sell location information.
Notifications
FFui may check or request notification permission so the app can explain whether alerts and reminders are available. Notification permission can be changed at any time in browser or device settings.
Reports and Sharing
FFui can generate a diagnostic report or status summary. Reports are created on your device and are shared only when you choose to copy, download, or share them.
Analytics and Accounts
FFui does not require an account for the web app. The current support site does not include third-party advertising trackers. Standard hosting logs may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website.
Data Accuracy
Some data, such as battery readings, Wi-Fi SSID, carrier details, or detailed device telemetry, may be unavailable in browsers or on certain platforms. FFui is designed to show "unavailable" or "limited" instead of displaying fake readings.
